The ceremony and the reception will both take place at the Gallatin River Hideaway, Bridal Veil location. The venue is surrounded by nature, and even has a little path that you can take down to the Gallatin River. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside a covered gazebo.

We suggest casual/semi-formal clothing. Please look nice, but also be comfortable. And wear shoes that you can walk on grass with, and dance all night in! Jake (the quintessential lawyer) suggests that the best way to describe this dress code is "business casual". But Dani would like the ladies to know that they do not need to show up in a skirt-suit and pumps.

3:30 pm- Guests arrive at Gallatin River Hideaway Bridal Veil Location

4:00 pm- Wedding Ceremony- Jake and Dani get hitched!

4:30 pm- Cocktail Hour

6:00 pm- Reception Begins

6:30 pm- Dinner is served

8:00 pm- Dancing- we hope you like to boogie!

9:45 pm- First shuttle leaves to take guests to hotels/downtown Bozeman

10:00 pm- Shawarma truck arrives for late night snacks (if you know, you know. If you don't, we hope you try!)

10:45 pm- Second shuttle leaves to take guests to hotels/ downtown Bozeman

11:45 pm- Lights and music off at the venue, but the party isn't over! Shuttles will be available to take guests to downtown Bozeman to continue the party at the local bars.

Shuttles will also take guests to the blocked hotels, if you're a party pooper.

The Gallatin River Hideaway is located at 135 Hideaway Dr. It is a 15 min drive outside of downtown Bozeman (right at Four Corners). You can take an Uber there from anywhere in Bozeman or nearby, or you can drive. Please note that we are Bridal Veil location (one of two venues at the Hideaway). To access the venue and parking, you will need to enter from a separate entrance (i.e., not the main entrance).

Driving instructions:

-Drive west out of Bozeman on U.S. Hwy 191 to Four Corners.

-Proceed through the Four Corners intersection. The main entrance to the Gallatin River Hideaway will be a .5 mile further on the lefthand side.

- PASS THE MAIN ENTRANCE and take the next small service road on the left. Follow that road and you will be met by our parking attendants and be directed to our ceremony!

Shuttles

Busses will leave the venue at 9:45, 10:45, and 11:45 to take guests to downtown Bozeman and the three hotels we have blocks at. If you would like to take advantage of the shuttles, take an Uber to the venue, or feel free to leave your car there overnight.
